Office Manager – Join a Warm and Welcoming Pediatric Dental Startup!
Mountain Lakes, NJ | Private Practice

Green Tree Pediatric Dentistry is a brand-new, modern pediatric dental practice opening this fall in Mountain Lakes, NJ. We're seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and experienced Office Manager to help us build something special from the ground up.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 9 AM–5 PM
Saturday: 9 AM–2 PM

Compensation and Benefits

• $30–$37 per hour, based on experience
• Six paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
• Paid time off available after 1 year of employment
• Future 401K and health benefits as the practice grows

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth patient flow
• Manage scheduling, patient intake, and staff coordination
• Verify PPO dental insurance, handle billing, and oversee collections
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
• Maintain recall systems and monitor key performance metrics
• Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach
• Help build and refine office systems, policies, and workflows

Requirements

• 2–5 years of dental administrative or management experience (pediatric experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of PPO dental insurance and billing
• Experience with HR, scheduling, and team coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy and familiar with Curve Dental (training available)
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the practice
