We're looking for a Data Analyst with a strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and a talent for uncovering insights from complex datasets. You'll analyze trends, identify opportunities, and deliver recommendations that drive both customer impact and business growth. Your work will help shape product decisions, marketing strategy, and customer success efforts.

In this role, you'll champion data adoption across the organization, working closely with engineers to ensure the right data flows into our lake and pipelines. You'll collaborate with the data platform team to build and maintain ETLs, conduct deep-dive analyses, and create interactive dashboards using Python-based tools such as Jupyter and Streamlit. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the center of our data-driven culture.

• 3+ years of experience working with large data sets, models and building ETLs.
• Track record of using data insight to drive business outcomes.
• Fluent in Python, SQL, build tools, GIT.
• Know various data manipulation/ visualization tools e.g. Jupyter, Streamlit, Plotly, etc.
• Have developed ETLs to enrich and optimize data within data lakes.
• You have hands-on experience working with stakeholders to develop data analysis.
• You can connect the dots: data, tools, UX, and business goals.
• You're comfortable with taking an ambiguous requirement and digging into the right data to guide stakeholders.
• You know how to let data tell the story.
• You understand the importance of data integrity, lineage, and working with clean, trusted datasets.
• SaaS or B2B startup experience.
• You've built tools and/or scripts to solve a business problem by combining data.

• Advanced degree in statistics or business analytics.
