Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility; may need to agree to and complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph
• Over 10 years of related experience within the Department of Defense
• At least 4 years of experience in a SAP/SCI environment, with recent involvement in the last five years
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting with a diverse team focused on shared goals
• Capable of advising senior leadership to help guarantee mission success
• Proficient in simplifying complex information for better understanding
• Proactive in preventing issues rather than just responding to them
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong attention to detail
• Robust critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Act as a pivotal member of our cybersecurity team by implementing IT security measures to protect system data and resources
• Lead essential operations pertaining to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for Department of Defense (DoD) Information Systems
• Oversee the approval and maintenance processes, ensuring compliance through continuous monitoring and vulnerability assessments
• Collaborate with Certified Defense Contractors and manage communication with Security Control Assessors (SCA) and Authorizing Official Designated Representatives (AODR)
• Maintain organizational networks, manage user accounts, conduct system audits, and perform vulnerability scans
• Provide crucial cybersecurity insights and support to both civilian and military personnel, as well as senior leadership
• Participate actively in government inspections and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
