Corporate Chef A pharmaceutical company based in Summit, New Jersey, is seeking a Corporate Chef to lead the culinary program for its brand-new kitchen. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and innovative chef to have input in the layout, design, and vision of the space while building a program that enhances company culture and supports staff wellness. Responsibilities Collaborate on and consult in the design and layout of the new kitchen. Develop and execute rotating menus that include both family‑style meals and grab‑and‑go options. Source fresh, high‑quality ingredients and build strong vendor relationships. Ensure dietary needs and preferences (including halal) are met with care and consistency. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the kitchen at all times. Create a warm, inviting, and community‑driven dining experience for employees. Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and budgeting. Qualifications Proven experience as a chef in a corporate, hospitality, or private setting. Strong culinary creativity with the ability to design and execute diverse menus. Knowledge and proven experience cooking halal meals is required. Excellent leadership, organization, and time‑management skills. Ability to balance high‑quality execution with efficiency for daily service.
