We have helped 4+ million users connect 30+ million liability accounts, credential‑less, save millions in interest and fees and get access to billions of dollars in personalized loans. We have partnered with 60+ financial institutions – including Robinhood, Bilt Rewards, SoFi, PenFed, Figure, Happy Money and Aven – to deliver frictionless, personalized and engaging user experiences. Who we build for We build for two groups of people – customers and end‑users . Our customers are companies like SoFi, Robinhood, Bilt and others that use Method’s liability APIs. Our end‑users are our customers’ customers – people like you and I. While end‑users are not necessarily our customers, we believe they deserve the same level of attention and care as our customers do. The pitch Method is one of the fastest growing fintechs – by all accounts. We are generating $XXM in ARR, have signed multi‑year enterprise deals with over half of the top 10 fintechs in the world, and have built a product leaps and bounds better than our closest competitors. We have deep relationships with card networks and bureaus, proprietary underlying technology, and a team that can compete with the best of them. We did all this with a 2‑person marketing team (Brianna and Jess) and a 1‑person design team. And now we’re looking for someone who can build out our content design arm. We want to build a content arm so good that people think we have 10 people working on it. In order to do that, we need a special content designer whose work speaks for itself. Someone who thinks different and can understand the technical nature and delicacy in what we are building. Someone who can translate complex parts into digestible bits while working fast. Some companies whose content inspires us include Airbnb, Robinhood, Coinbase and Perplexity. These are technology companies that have iconic brands. Their brands were built on the pillar of being different. We want to do the same, and you will lead that charge. You will be given whatever you need to make that happen. Who you’ll work with You will primarily work with myself, Brianna and Jess. We also often partner with external contractors and agencies for specialized design work, like motion or 3D. If there is someone you want to work with externally and they are good, you are free to hire them as a contractor. Why this role exists As a company, we’ve hit an inflection point. We have processed over $1B in payments and helped 50M+ consumers connect accounts on the largest apps in the world. Based on our metrics, you would think more people (prospective customers and end‑users) would know who we are. But they do not. It’s time the world knows who we are and that starts with producing great content. Today, our bottleneck for producing great content is design – and this is why this role exists. We believe hiring a content designer will help level up our content game by an order of magnitude. Today, we are outright missing good content design. You will come in and completely change that. Who you are and how you’ll add value We’re looking for someone who can design great content and evolve our brand. You will work alongside our Head of Product Marketing in producing content that supports her team along with the Sales teams. You will also work alongside myself in helping define and evolve our brand. The right person for this role is a full‑stack creative. Someone who can take things from 0 to 1 and flex between many projects at once. Some things you may do: Design blog post assets, 1‑pagers, slide decks, company swag, conference booths, ads, and more Incorporate data and user research into content decisions Help define how content at Method gets produced, reviewed, and released at scale Closing The technology is built and the customers are there… now it's time to get the world to know who we are, what we believe, and what we’ve built!
