As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will play a key role in assisting union members who have requested information about their benefits. This is not cold-calling or door-to-door work—your conversations will be with members who are already expecting your call.
Day-to-day responsibilities include answering inbound inquiries, placing outbound follow-up calls, scheduling and conducting meetings, presenting benefit options, completing paperwork, and ensuring quality service. For those who are ambitious, this role also offers a clear track into leadership and management positions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Schedule and manage appointments with union members.
Present benefit information clearly and effectively to individuals and families.
Complete all paperwork and documentation to company standards.
Provide attentive service and maintain long-term member relationships.
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development.
