Job Details Job Title: Certified Epic Radiant Consultant The client is seeking aCertified Epic Radiant Consultantto support multiple active and upcoming radiology and imaging initiatives. The work includes continued optimization of Epic Radiant and MyChartscheduling workflows, new system implementations, complex integrations, and expansion efforts across radiology services. This role will support both technical and operational initiatives related to patient access, imaging workflows, and radiologist capacity. Must Have Skills:

Epic Radiant Certification
Proven experience supportingEpic Radiantin a production healthcare environment
Strong experience withMyChart scheduling, including:
Ticket scheduling
Decision tree configuration
Exam bundling
Open scheduling (including Mammography)
Experience supportingEpic integrations, including Epic-to-Epic interfaces
Strong understanding of radiology and imaging workflows
Ability to manage and support multiple concurrent initiatives
Strong communicationand stakeholder collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

Experience withHello Worldimplementations or expansions
Experience supporting or implementinglung cancer screening programs(Epic or third-party)
Familiarity withTecsyssystems and appointment-based integrations
Experience withCommunity Connectenvironments and rollouts
Experience working with state or public health agencies
Experience supporting radiology operational scaling or staffing initiatives

Day-to-Day Responsibility:

Configure andoptimizeMyChart ticket scheduling, decision trees, bundling, and open scheduling workflows
SupportHello Worldexpansion initiatives within Epic Radiant and MyChart
Participate in or lead the implementation of anew lung screening system, including workflow design and integration support
Design, support, andmaintainaunique Epic-to-Epic integrationwithNC DHHS
Implement and support aTecsysappointment-based integrationfor Interventional Radiology (IR)
SupportadditionalCommunity Connect rolloutsas needed
Assistwith workflow and system changes driven byexpanded radiologist group coverage
Collaborate with radiology leadership, clinical teams, IT, and integration partners through testing, go-live, and post-go-live support TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
