Weitsman Recycling is looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Roll-Off Truck Driver to transport and unload containers efficiently. If you have a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and a commitment to safety and customer service, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a roll-off truck to transport containers to and from customer locations. Ensure all loads are properly secured for safe transport. Pick up, deliver, and unload roll-off containers at designated locations. Maneuver and control the vehicle in various conditions, including tight spaces, construction zones, and different weather conditions. Maintain communication with dispatch and supervisors for route updates. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues promptly. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and adhere to company maintenance schedules. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with customers and clients. Assist in warehouse operations when not driving, including loading and unloading trucks, pulling stock, and processing orders as needed. Follow all DOT and company safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Previous experience operating a roll-off truck required. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
