Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Baristas expertly craft a range of drinks, from boba teas, to matcha lattes, to cocktails, using various equipment like tea percolators and juice presses.
• Customer Service: They greet customers, take orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure a positive and efficient experience.
• Order Fulfillment: Baristas accurately prepare and serve food items, such as shaved ice deserts & shaved ice cocktails, alongside beverages, often working with the kitchen team to fulfill orders.
• Cash Handling: They manage cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate handling of payments.
• Workspace Maintenance: Baristas maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas, and restock supplies as needed.
• Food Safety: They adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food and beverage items.

Additional Duties:

• Inventory Management: Baristas may monitor inventory levels and restock supplies, ensuring smooth operations.
• Equipment Maintenance: They may be responsible for basic cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Baristas often work as part of a team, collaborating with other staff members to ensure efficient service.
• Problem Solving: They may need to resolve customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
