Our Associates take pride in providing advanced diagnostics and progressive treatments carried by an accomplished support staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of veterinary medicine, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough examinations of animals to assess their health status.
* Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other health issues in animals.
* Perform surgical procedures with precision and care.
* Utilize veterinary critical care techniques for emergency situations.
* Maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
* Educate pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
* Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Stay updated on advancements in veterinary medicine and participate in ongoing education.
*Experience*
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
* Experience in veterinary practice is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and collaboration is available at our nearby 24/7 Emergency Hospital.
* Interest in providing personalized care and developing relationships with long-time clients.
* Experience with veterinary critical care practices is a plus.
