Responsibilities Drive operational excellence for KPMG Sports by leading go to market efforts across the national KPMG Sports events Support approximately twenty annual sports events that drive effective development of strong professional relationships with influential executives, and target buyers of KPMG services at key accounts Design and execute a structured and effective communications plan around KPMG Sports go to market activities to ensure optimal engagement with focus on process optimization and relationship management Drive operational excellence of KPMG Sports through departmental process optimization and leadership reporting, collaborating closely with team members Ensure strategic design, implementation and reporting of KPMG Sports community initiatives Support activation of KPMG Sports sponsorships through the execution of high-end client events (C-level audience) including on-site execution Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications Minimum eight years of recent high-end sports sponsorship activation Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferably in business or sports management Advanced writing, executive communications and interpersonal skills, including effective influence with management and senior executives Strong organizational and advanced project management skills Ability to effectively plan, execute, and measure client relationship development programs across complex, multi-functional organization Up to 15% travel for on-site execution of sponsorship events Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H‑1B, L‑1, TN, O‑1, E‑3, H‑1B1, F‑1, J‑1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa) KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
