Overview Associate Creative Director at Razorfish. Lead art direction and design across in-app, digital campaigns and multiple channels. Collaborate with the team and client contacts to bring their goals to life. Responsibilities Take lead in art execution and develop strong key visuals Concept and execute art for campaigns across app, social, web, email and more Leverage AI tools as needed for visuals and illustrations Support and lead creative team in brainstorming and concept creation Provide strategic input, give feedback, and challenge briefs to strengthen them Stay abreast of industry trends and apply them appropriately Maintain high quality on creative deliverables Assist creative leads in research and presentation materials Lead production of ideas and coach junior talent as needed Present work externally and internally Oversee other creative staff as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or Advertising/Portfolio school 7+ years of art directing for advertising or marketing agency Exceptional portfolio demonstrating conceptual art direction Full understanding of digital landscape including online campaigns, mobile experience and social media Experience managing and mentoring junior staff Proficiency in Figma and Google environments Experience leveraging AI as a creative tool Additional Information At Publicis Groupe, we offer medical and voluntary benefits to freelancers and temporary employees.
