Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications: Must have an Associates Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field. Must have a minimum of three (3) years in programming in COBOL in a PC or AS/400 environment. Must be familiar with most general office machines and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word. Must have strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must have the ability to effectively write and present business correspondence, reports and procedure manuals.
