Base pay range $170,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr Scaling AI, ML & Engineering Teams from Seed to Series B Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for conversational AI. Lead the development of scalable pipelines for data ingestion, training, and real‑time deployment, ensuring seamless integration into the existing tech stack. Optimize and fine‑tune language models using specific datasets for enhanced accuracy and performance. Collaborate with full‑stack engineers to integrate conversational AI functionalities into the product. Work on end‑to‑end deployment of models, including monitoring and evaluating performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements. Desired Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI. Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments. Expertise in fine‑tuning LLMs, including prompt engineering, optimization, and integration into real‑world applications. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks. Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), MLOps tools for scalable deployment, and open‑source LLM models.
