This includes managing schedules, organizing events, and maintaining robust internal and external relationships. The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator with a keen eye for details and a passion for fostering team spirit. Key Responsibilities: Management of calendars, travel schedules, and preparation of agendas for team leaders. Boost team morale through the organization of offsites, events, and swag distribution. Track, manage, and prioritize multiple projects to align with broader business objectives. Handle confidential information with utmost integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to execute projects or events, and provide on-the-ground support in coordination with Workplace/Events/IT teams. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in gSuite, Keynote, and MS Office Suite. Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Industry Experience: Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience providing support at the VP or Director level within similar organizational environments. Experience and passion for working in dynamic, fast-paced settings are preferred.
