Essential Functions Teach Research Methods and Statistics coursework from the perspective of organizational applications. Identify risks to the organization within the department and discuss risk reduction options with immediate supervisor. Collaborate with department faculty in curriculum implementation, student support, and continuous program improvement. Guide students in development of their projects. Challenge thinking, foster debate and develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse and thinking, including critical evaluation of peer-reviewed articles and other published sources. Transfer knowledge including theory, practical skills, methods and techniques in his/her related field. Help students develop applied research skills. Identify risks to the organization within the department and discuss risk reduction options with immediate supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Doctorate in I/O Psychology or Organizational Behavior (preferred), demonstrated ability to conduct research. Qualified individuals with doctorates in related areas and exceptional candidates with Master’s degrees will be considered. Demonstrated teaching ability.
